I’m very pleased with my first visit to this pharmacy. Good customer service and reasonable prices. I went here out of frustration with one local big chain pharmacy for not filling my prescription with the specific brand I needed. I asked Carrolls pharmacy if they carried the Rx I needed, she immediately said “let me call our warehouse”, the other pharmacy said “I can’t do that”. Carrolls got what I needed within 24 hours. I am very grateful. I also like the variety of gift items they have here. Two rows of small toy items, a decent greeting card section with cards at $1.99!!! Nice to find a pharmacy store without overpriced items.

Update: I have received feedback and a personal phone call from the owner addressing my issue which was very unexpected and very much appreciated. He was apologetic and understanding of my point of view. I will continue to use this pharmacy. Updated from 3 to 4 stars.Pros and cons...I like the smaller family pharmacies rather than the chain stores. I just moved to the area not long ago and was excited to find this place. Quick service, never have to wait too long. It is convenient to my house so that's a plus but everyone that works there acts like it would kill them to smile. They all seem miserable and like they hate their jobs. I tried to make small talk with the cashier checking me out and he couldn't even bother to look at me and couldn't get me outta there quick enough. Like me being there was an inconvenience and it was my fault he had a job to do. I'm making this review after several months of trips to this establishment hoping maybe the few employees I dealt with were just having a bad day but I've yet to meet a friendly employee. I miss my old pharmacy with the hometown friendly environment.

This was our first visit just to get our COVID booster because it wasn’t available at our usual pharmacy. We were pleasantly surprised how friendly the staff was. And by the large and diverse selection of items available in this store. My wife bought a cute ring while we were there. They also do photo printing and poster size enlargements on site.It’s very modern but still has that small town charm. We may switch our prescriptions to Carroll pharmacy because we were so impressed.

I switch from one of the large chain drug stores, and I so wish I had done it much sooner. very smooth transition, they handled everything. they text when refills are done and if I need anything else, I just text them back and they add to order and deliver. would give them 10 stars if I could. recommend highly, exceptional , service and staff goes above and beyond to help

Carroll Pharmacy is the BEST pharmacy I have ever used. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Alan Carroll and his staff are kind, knowledgeable and truly make you feel like family. There are many incredible reviews about this place which speaks volumes of what you will get. You will never regret doing business with this place!

I Appreciate the genuine concern they have for their customers. Huge thanks to Alan for leaving his family dinner to open up the pharmacy so my mom would have her morning medications on time. This is something that would never happen at a big named pharmacy.

Great pharmacy. Great staff and gives you the one-on-one attention to help you better understand the medications that your Doctor has prescribed. You can call them any time and they will help answer your questions. I prefer the private pharmacist any day over big chain stores. They know you by name and they care about their customers. 5 star service! I highly recommend Carroll's Pharmacy.
