The best experience I could possibly had. Ms. Pam was always very nice when dealing with the admin stuff and Matt Smith went above and beyond fixing my car after my car crash and explaining eveything in great detail about the repeair and dealing with my car insurance. I left my car over 2 weeks while I was out of town, and I came back early so asked if I could pick it up early and they had it ready for me within the same day. The paint matches my car exactly, and Matt made sure to get me the best parts, factory if I'm not mistaken for a low price. Hopefully I do not have to use their services again,, but I recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired.

I hit a piece of tire while traveling on the highway. There was mild damage to my bumper cover as it detached from my car. Took it here and a same day repair was completed after a visual inspection and a quote. Price was affordable and didn’t need to file an insurance claim. Great service, I was in and out in 30 minutes.

I hit a deer on my way to work & chose CarStar to take my car to. Unfortunately my car was totaled but they quickly picked it up, got the estimate for my insurance & I was able to get the ball rolling with that. They were very professional & courteous. I would definitely use them again.

This body shop was nothing but AMAZING . Everything was smooth sailing. This was the best experience I’ve ever had. They provided everything I needed. They contacted the insurance company and handled any extras that were needed. They also contact the rental car company and had the car waiting as soon as I arrived. My car was completed in a very timely manner and looked brand new when it was time for pickup. Mrs.Pam, was awesome, very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. I would highly recommend this place 10/10.

Did an excellent job on my 2019 Hyundai Sonata SE front bumper replacement. It looks great with the exception of the failure to replace the driver side bumper light bulb. Looks weird with only 1 bumper light coming on. Customer service was great at keeping you informed of progress and delays. They also do a great job of cleaning your vehicle after work is done. CarStar worked closely with my insurance and car rental companies, and everything went smoothly. I would definitely use their services again and would have given 5 stars if not for the bulb.
