For years we have been taking our cars to the location off brightleaf Blvd in Smithfield. This last time after a few days an oil leak began. So I took it back and instantly the guys says it's the rear main seal. I explain there has never been a leak until now. And I remembered he had issues getting the oil filter off the last time..so they check it and wouldn't you know it. That was the issue. Why do they have to blame the customer or try to find an excuse.. Fix the issue and accept the fact you made a mistake. Also there was oil all over the floor in the shop and it was very slippery

They left black oil smears on both and front quarter panels near the hood as well as across front of hood where he opened hood. Very careless and unprofessional! Our first and last oil change with y'all!
