Came in to get my quarterly Aetna items and the young lady at the register was being so patient with the customers. She was running two registers answering questions and signing up a lady for a rewards card. I needed some help getting my items and she was very patient when helping me. When she rang up my order I was a day too early to get my items and she offered to bag them up so I could get them tomorrow. Wow what customer service. She needs to be commended.

The scanning items by customers just to make sure that they’re not stealing is getting old. Customer servicing every one equally would make things like that less noticeable. Oh and if you’re going stand by someone using the self checkout… just check me out.

Went in today to return 2 Amazon packages. I was greeted by Alison, let me say Alison's tone towards me was very Disrespectful, I had 1 Amazon label but I didn't have tape for the label, Alison Replied to me well these need to be completely wrapped up, I said yes I know it's in a box the box is sealed but the label wasn't tapped, I gave her my second package and told her all Amazon gave me was a QR code it did not need a label, Alison was very Rude, OH NO WE DONT FUE THAT HERE WE DONT DUE QR CODES YOU NEDD TO GO GET A LABEL, I didn't mind not having the label but she was VERY DISRESPECTFUL towards me. But it won't be a next time I can ride a little further out not to be disrespected by a CVS employee. This store won't have to worry about me my family or my friends.

Use CVS exclusively for my meds. Normally have to wait which is fine.
Today go in to get allergy meds a little before 6pm on a Friday with pseudoephedrine in it so I had to go to the pharmacy to pick it up, since I knew I had to check out at the pharmacy for that I did my other shopping (7 items) so I could check out all at once and use my coupons.
The pharmacy was busy but not unusually so i asked the teenage girl (Melanie) checking out my allergy meds if she would check out all my items together. She said no because they were busy. Then I had to request to put in my phone number because I had a discount for my meds and she wasn’t going to even give me the option to put in my rewards and was going to charge me the full amount.
I have been there plenty of times when they have been busier than they were today and if she thought having 4 people in line was busy she is in for a rude awakening on a truly busy day.
Normally have a reasonably experience with waiting and the front girls are typically always helpful. If I had 20 items I would have understood. But I had 7 in a basket. That would have taken less than 2 minutes to ring up. This is all after trying to come in yesterday to pick up meds and they were closed up for lunch.

If I could leave a zero, I would. Last Thursday morning my Dr. sent over Rx's and one of these being an Albuterol inhaler. I was diagnosed with bronchitis with rattles. I received a text that it was out of stock and would order for me. It's now Sunday afternoon and automated service says it's still out of stock. I tried to speak to a live person in the pharmacy. I stayed on hold for over 15 minutes and finally hung up. My insurance makes me use a "CareMark" pharmacy and which I have to use CVS. I can't imagine anyone using a CVS if they don't have to. I had a similar experience at another CVS where I used to live. I'm going to have to go back to doctor tomorrow because I'm not getting better, which, I probably would have if CVS cared for one's that need a prescription when it's prescribed or at least the next day. They didn't even try to find me one at another location.
