I want to give a huge shoutout to Shawn Godbold and the Body Shop team at Deacon Jones Body Shop in Smithfield.When a deer decides to make you have a bad day, Shawn's team will take great care of you. Generally when EV's have issues it can take months to fix, but Shawn and team were able to get my Hyundai Ioniq 5 back up and running with OEM parts in less than 3 weeks! Amazing work as well - the car looks like nothing even happened - in fact the whole front bumper is new, so the car looks even better than before. Perfect fit, paint match and repair job. Thanks Shawn, Katie and team!

Got my cars front and rear bumpers repaired at this shop by Felix and he did a fantastic job. You could never tell it had been wrecked. Repairs were done in a timely matter as well. Shawn did a great job of keeping me up to date with what was happening with my vehicle and the customer service experience in general was a pleasure. Overall very happy!

Poor communication.. I've been a GM guy my entire life. I've bought every GM vehicle that I've owned (9 last count) from Deacon Jones GM in Smithfield. However, over the past year and most recently, their communication has gone downhill. You can't get them on the phone, and if you can, they find an excuse to "have to call you back". That return call never comes. They recently had my vehicle for three days simply because I couldn't get them on the phone to determine its status. I would highly recommend not having your vehicle serviced here.

Deacon Jones Body Shop was easy to work with. They ordered the parts and called when the parts were in. We set up the repair date and time. Vehicle was completed a few hours ahead of schedule and the truck looks great! Thank you!

Driving from VA to Florida my check engine light came on and truck was misfiring leaving me basically stranded as I needed to be in Florida that evening. Service advisor Belle understood my dire situation and went out of her way to help me. Jonathan the service tech, while busy helping other customers was able to replace my fuel injector in just a few hours. I'm very pleased with their service and ability to get me back on the road!!

Initial visit was very good. Answered every question, but were not super high pressure to close the sale. I am a former US Navy recruiter, so I understand about closing the deal. I went home and decided to trade. I called the next AM and stopped by later and we closed the deal. Mark Carter seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the sales process. Thanks for a good experience.

It was easy to make an online appointment. The service staff got the car into the shop ahead of schedule. They could have been more prompt with updates on the status of repairs. I needed to go to the service department and request updates. The repair took from 7:30 AM until 4:30 PM. The invoice does not list the hourly rate for the shop. In my opinion, the labor fee for the repair was very high - $1,173.95. Even at $200 per hour, nearly 6 hours labor to install an alternator and battery is high. On a brighter note, Sales Rep Titus was a true gentleman. My wife and I chatted with him. He checked in with us in the waiting room a number of times. He even brought us water and candy. He is a class act.

Mr. Wayne Boyette, Clinton office, was a pleasure to work with when I purchased my 2024 Buick Envista. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was very nice and extremely courteous. I highly recommend visiting Deacon Jones for all vehicles needs!

Recently had my car repaired at the Collision Center in Smithfield and was extremely impressed with their work. Shawn Godbold the manager did my estimate and had me on the schedule to drop off my car quickly. Katie was very helpful & friendly when I dropped off my car!! Thank you Shawn and team at the Body Shop for making my car look even better than it did before the accident!!!

Dropped my truck off there first thing Tuesday. I was a 5 hour book value job. It was also a Parts Warranty project so no rental car allowed. I called the Service rep Tuesday at 4:30 to check the status, best I could do was leave them a voice mail. Nobody returned the call. Wednesday I drive the rental car there at 9:30. I saw my truck still in the lot. I went to the S. Rep. and was told it is tacking more time. I said that is funny because it is still parked on the lot. Then the S. Rep. change their story and said I told them I did not need it till Tuesday afternoon. Then I said well it is still on your lot. and it is a 5 hour job including paperwork. The S. Rep. then said it will be done by the end of the day. I told them the rental car is not cheap and I want a loaner from them. She said they have no loaners. She then said she put other vehicles ahead of me even though I dropped it off first thing Tuesday morning. More to go. First she lie saying it is taking longer when In fact it was still in the lot not in the shop/garage and no being worked Then admits putting other vehicles ahead of me and indirectly puts it on me. Rentals car are expensive so the warranty work is zero cost but so far $200 rental car so far

I took my 2007 Cadillac CTS to have the radio reprogrammed..sat there for 5 hours...was told I was done...the tech was supposedly on the phone with GM. I was told the radio was a discontinued model which makes sense for a 15 year old car... NOTHING was done...and they still charged $158. I have never known any repair shop that would charge anything if their item was not repaired... And I still don't have a working radio... talk about grand theft auto...never going back to any deacon jones facility again... and wouldn't recommend anyone else do
