I love Deacon Jones Auto Sales. All the people I have come in contact with when checking your car in for service has always been friendly and pleasant. The only bad experience I have had was when I called in to make an appointment for my 6K mile car service and the lady on the phone was very rude and very unprofessional.I purchased my vehicle from Deacon Jones and I plan to continue purchasing from them (even though my Sales Person is no longer there), I hope I can find someone as friendly and professional as Mr. Jim Moore.

Dropped my truck off there first thing Tuesday. I was a 5 hour book value job. It was also a Parts Warranty project so no rental car allowed. I called the Service rep Tuesday at 4:30 to check the status, best I could do was leave them a voice mail. Nobody returned the call. Wednesday I drive the rental car there at 9:30. I saw my truck still in the lot. I went to the S. Rep. and was told it is tacking more time. I said that is funny because it is still parked on the lot. Then the S. Rep. change their story and said I told them I did not need it till Tuesday afternoon. Then I said well it is still on your lot. and it is a 5 hour job including paperwork. The S. Rep. then said it will be done by the end of the day. I told them the rental car is not cheap and I want a loaner from them. She said they have no loaners. She then said she put other vehicles ahead of me even though I dropped it off first thing Tuesday morning. More to go. First she lie saying it is taking longer when In fact it was still in the lot not in the shop/garage and no being worked Then admits putting other vehicles ahead of me and indirectly puts it on me. Rentals car are expensive so the warranty work is zero cost but so far $200 rental car so far

Last time I’m going to Deacon which is a shame. We have bought numerous cars here but the lack of customer service in the service department has reached a breaking point. Normally take my car in for oil changes on Saturday. I have been ignored walked past and felt like I was in their way.I called and made an appointment to have my AC checked brought it in today. Dropped it off at 7:30 am with no issues this morning asked them to call my husband with updates. No call to tell us what was found. I called around 2:45 spoke with someone who was upset because “ you don’t know the name of the person who took you car” What?? After he discovered who that person was he said she sent you a text with the estimate. My husband was expecting a call guess they don’t do that anymore. When I asked the rude person if I could speak to “ my person” he acted like it was a big effort. She didn’t want to review it with me “ I sent the estimate to the number you provided”. I’m done with the lack of customer service and poor attitudes. They are ridiculous .Service: A/C installation & repair

Took my Yukon in for "Service Air Bags" they had previously done a recall on the airbags. Charged diagnosis fee and said Airbag module needed to be replaced at cost over $1950. I denied the service. I did have the oil changed and they failed to change the oil change message. When I picked up the Yukon it was blocked in. Arriving home I unplugged the airbag connector under the passenger seat and plugged it back in. No longer have "Service Airbag"

I took my 2007 Cadillac CTS to have the radio reprogrammed..sat there for 5 hours...was told I was done...the tech was supposedly on the phone with GM. I was told the radio was a discontinued model which makes sense for a 15 year old car... NOTHING was done...and they still charged $158. I have never known any repair shop that would charge anything if their item was not repaired... And I still don't have a working radio... talk about grand theft auto...never going back to any deacon jones facility again... and wouldn't recommend anyone else do

Aaron Hodges was my service advisor/lane manager. He did a great job assuring me of the issue, advising on how soon it would be fixed, and get the guys to get it done. He did an excellent job get me a loaner which I have had issues with getting in the past. He provided an update every day on my truck and assured me it would be fixed correctly. I called the La Grange service department and I was told it would be a month before they could touch my truck. I reached out to Smithfield and he told me to bring my truck in and they would have it fixed in a day or two. He came through on his promise and saved me from the headache of a leaking back glass. He deserves a promotion and and a raise for getting stuff done in today’s society. I like working with folks like him. A+ customer service! 10/10 would recommendServices: Auto glass services

This place was awesome nick is the best sales person and Neil the gm walks over and says hello and makes himself available if needed that meant alot he was helpful with pricing . As a general manager in the resultant industry it was comforting to see a gm with such a high level of interest in customer satisfaction the finance lady was awesome also I was dreading seeing her and increasing the monthly payments but she actually we as their to help and got me great coverage at a great price ! Thanks again everyone I will totally recommend ur dealership to anyone I know who's in the market

Unfortunately I did not complete the service Thursday July 29th. My mistake i pick the wrong Thursday for my oil change. But . I did call the service department and asked for a oil change and was denied. I was surprised I couldn't get in for just an oil change especially if I was willing to wait.I didn't really care for the way the call was handled and waking my options in regards of going back to Deacon Jones.Don't want to let one negative experience hurt the overall positive experiences I've had in the past.
