My boyfriend bought a car from here 5 months ago, a cadillac to be exact, the car sales man was so super nice and helpful with the lies he told us about the car such as we were leaving there with the cadillac that had just had new tires put on the car, took the car for a oil change and tire rotation just to find out NO new tires were put on the car, when we called to ask about this we were told "this is not there problem and we should not be calling about things like that, i hope our sales man Johathan Perry enjoyed his pay day BECAUSE WE PAID FULL IN CASH FOR THE CAR, while getting over on people who are already struggling with the world we live in. Will not be back here nor will i refer anyone to purchase a car from here new or used!

I love Deacon Jones Auto Sales. All the people I have come in contact with when checking your car in for service has always been friendly and pleasant. The only bad experience I have had was when I called in to make an appointment for my 6K mile car service and the lady on the phone was very rude and very unprofessional.I purchased my vehicle from Deacon Jones and I plan to continue purchasing from them (even though my Sales Person is no longer there), I hope I can find someone as friendly and professional as Mr. Jim Moore.

5 weeks ago my check engine light went on. We were passing the dealer in Smithfield so we stopped in. The service lady hooked the computer up to my car and told me what the problem was. She told me the part was on back order and she would call me when it comes in. I waited 5 weeks, then I called. No part was ordered, nothing in the computer that we were even there. Spoke with a gentleman on Friday, he was going to check on things and call me back. It is Tuesday night. No response, I made an appointment at a different dealer. Their service department is terrible at taking care of things. I won't go back there again.

Took my Yukon in for "Service Air Bags" they had previously done a recall on the airbags. Charged diagnosis fee and said Airbag module needed to be replaced at cost over $1950. I denied the service. I did have the oil changed and they failed to change the oil change message. When I picked up the Yukon it was blocked in. Arriving home I unplugged the airbag connector under the passenger seat and plugged it back in. No longer have "Service Airbag"

Last time I’m going to Deacon which is a shame. We have bought numerous cars here but the lack of customer service in the service department has reached a breaking point. Normally take my car in for oil changes on Saturday. I have been ignored walked past and felt like I was in their way.I called and made an appointment to have my AC checked brought it in today. Dropped it off at 7:30 am with no issues this morning asked them to call my husband with updates. No call to tell us what was found. I called around 2:45 spoke with someone who was upset because “ you don’t know the name of the person who took you car” What?? After he discovered who that person was he said she sent you a text with the estimate. My husband was expecting a call guess they don’t do that anymore. When I asked the rude person if I could speak to “ my person” he acted like it was a big effort. She didn’t want to review it with me “ I sent the estimate to the number you provided”. I’m done with the lack of customer service and poor attitudes. They are ridiculous .Service: A/C installation & repair
