The owner of the gym Erin is simply amazing. She is committed to helping her clients reach their goals and she cheers you on and celebrates each win as if it’s her own. She has not only helped me lose weight but achieve my health goal of getting taken off blood pressure medication. The gym is fully equipped and maintained and Erin is the absolute best she is professional and knowledgeable about all things fitness related. Fit 24 is an asset to the Smithfield community.

Great gym atmosphere, non judgemental (no lunker alarm to blare in my ears for trying to workout). Keller has been my personal trainer for about 4 months now and I've been getting stronger and more confident. I also don't have to break the bank for a membership. Highly recommend Keller's Fit 24.

I was referred to this gym by a friend and I can certainly say it is the absolute best!! Erin is my personal trainer and also the owner of the gym. She is great and always makes sure you are working out correctly. This is my first time with a personal trainer and I know I have the best!! She really cares about you and your health and will take care of you!!

I came from training in a home gym, in the ~3 months I've been training here I've made significant progress especially compared to before. I love the variety of machines, overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone of any level of experience

a well owned and operated gym with tons of equipment and a delicious protein bar. mrs.Erin communicated well the process of buying a membership and explaining how the gym and keycards work. she provieds excellent personal training: the gym has quality membership prices and tons of workout options. the protein is delicious and she has multple options. from premade shakes to fresh shakes made daily. with lovely hrs of being open 24/7 to all members. ive had a wonderful month here so far and have already gained 10 lbs and look to continue gaining muscle. thank you to mrs.erin and her stagf for welcoming me.
