Worst hair cut of my life!!!
Person barely spoke English.
Requested 1/2 inch trim and she cut 2 inches. Spending more money today to try and get my hair manageable!! How could she have a license if she can't speak English??

My husband took our boys here, it is not my usual place for them to get haircuts from because several occasions they mess up the boys hairs! His is always fine, but our other two be looking a hot mess. Last Sunday I drew the line when my son came home in tears and told me his haircut hurt but he was trying so hard to hold back the tears and sit still. Our regular barber is in Goldsboro but unfortunately they are not open on Sunday not once has our usual person messed up my boys hairs, so it has nothing to do with them not sitting still they are old enough to where they are competent. He had white bumps all along his forehead, and all along the back of his head as well. I have never had this happen. He had nicks behind his ears that were bleeding and come on now just look at that hairline.

Just don't. I've had two bad haircuts here. Because I think well maybe this time... This was the last time. Don't read the notes to me then do something else. I haven't had this few hairs since the Army. Ridiculous.

Have to change my review, I brought my son back and the stylist absolutely butchered his hair. I didn't notice how bad it was before I left because his hair was wet, but once dry and picked out you can see how uneven the hair cut is. Now I'm going to have to take him to another barber to have his hair fixed which means more time and money for me and he loses the hair style he wants (afro) I would love to get a refund because I did not get the services I paid for.

At least you're reliable!... In the sense that I know no matter what, whoever goes to Great Clips is walking out with a regretful haircut. It's always such an uncomfortable experience that I do everything I can to get out quickly. You charged me the adult price for a kids cut, which I get it, might as well try to over charge everyone to ensure you make the most money. And your tipping thing on the card reader: giving 3 options to tip $5, $10, or $15. I'm sorry, but your services never deserve a tip, let alone a $15 tip!!! And I accidently hit the $5 tip button, but again, I was in a hurry to leave and didn't want to argue with the woman that I want my $5 back.

Worst haircut i've ever gotten. i walked in with a full head of hair and walked out with the back of my head shaved without my permission. i am so extremely disappointed. i'm scared to go in public because of this haircut, i might as well go bald.Service: Haircut
