Came in for a pedicure no polish and mom got a manicure with powder. Nice place, nice people and we loved the mani and pedi. Will be back definitely

He completely tore up my nails. Had to go to the dr to get an antibiotic. It has been swollen and bleeding for a few days. Do not go here. The owner did this. And as I was sitting there, he offered to trade several girls for nail services. I wonder what’s going on there.

I rate this place is zero the time is 4:51 on a Sunday. The hours availability 6 PM I called before I drove over 35 minutes. They told me that they were open until six. I get here at 4:45 pm They tell me they are closed to come back tomorrow. The worst service ever...quality sucks. I write them a zero.

Do not go to this nail salon! They are absolutely terrible!!! I asked the lady for dip powder and she started with acrylic and I did not want a tip on my nail but she put it on there after I told her I wanted it on my natural nail ?. And used the glitter dip powder like she was applying acrylic I know cuz I read the container ?. Then they had products out on the floor that should have been put away in a storage place. The place was so dirty and nasty ?. And they had 2 kids running around and a baby crying in the back! The 2 kids I guess were 9 and 7 telling them that they baby didn't want the bottle they had in the refrigerator ?. Like come on!!! ? this place is not professional not clean and they do not do a good job. Please avoid this place at all costs go somewhere else... And the acrylic on my nail started to separate from my nail 1 day after I got them done there ???.

I absolutely do not recommend!!!! on the front of the door. It says that they are open Friday and Saturday at nine. Well I’m waiting outside of the door at nine. Find myself standing out there past 9:15 as well as calling the work phone. Absolutely no one is inside. Please go somewhere else. This place is unprofessional. It needs to be closed down!!!!!!

Today I’m giving Kevin and Hollywood nails a big fat 0! They had customers kids riding their bicycles in the shop, Woman yelling at their infant kids while their Pre-occupied talking on their phones, people walking in and going before those that have waited for more than an hour, people talking out loud on their phones while face timing!??♀️? For folks that work hard all week and are paying their hard earned money for some sort of decent, quality service, THIS WASN’T THE PLACE TO GO! I expect professionalism and quality service in places that I frequent and choose to spend my hard earned money. HOOD SERVICE should remain in the HOOD!

Rude old male employee who refused to tell me his name when I asked nicely when making small talk while getting my nails done then had the audacity to ask me for mine and other personal things. Before sitting down, I showed him a picture of EXACTLY what I want and he said he can do it. AFTER 2 hours of filling my nails so hard and insensitively to the point where I was bleeding, he realized when applying gel polish on my nails that he can’t give me what I asked for and acted like what I wanted was a misunderstanding when I literally showed him what I wanted. After continuous disrespect towards me and my character, he said I must pay for the full set. He initially said he just works there for commission (to get more business) before all this occurred and once this happened, I ofc asked to speak with the manager or owner since he was being so rude to me and told me I wasted HIS time. Then he said he manages the business and made me pay for the full set without polish that he didn’t even complete. Of course his attitude changed once I paid. What a sick joke of a business. No wonder there was only one other customer there.

I went to this place because the spot I normally go to was closed. I came in for a polish change and repair, and I had to deal with kids running around screaming with their bottle. A dirty and unkept salon. And back and forth arguing between the owners and a customer. It seems the customer waited nearly an hour and a couple of people were helped before she was serviced. I was left alone for about thirty minutes before I came to the front to ask Kevin to clean the polish he left around my nails/cuticles. He looked at the obvious polish on my skin and yelled, “Where??”. After I pointed it out, he started cleaning. There was a lot of polish on his towel because the he did such a messy job. He still left polish but I was uncomfortable with him shouting in his native language, mumbling and getting loud with me as if I’m not a paying customer. When I questioned if a polish change and single nail repair should be $27, he got really upset. I just left and decided I’ll never return. If it wasn’t for my flight a few hours after, I would’ve waited. They’re just dirty and unprofessional.Service: Pedicure
