I have been doing my taxes with these jokers for over 20 years. Now I'm going somewhere else ! H&r Block is the new poor kid on the Block ! They're guarantees aren't worth the papper they are written on. Didn't get my maximum refund one year and an emerald advance in another even though I made more money than previous years. And I didn't get it my money back as they advertise for the year that they shorted me $400 extra dollars then wanted an extra $100 to make the amendment h&r Block is a joke

I came here to get an emerald advance. I made the appointment the day before. When I get there, they tell me I have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes to be seen, but some guy who didn't even have an appointment has to wait thirty minutes. This is crazy?

H&R Block just does everything right! They have the best customer service, they always get me the most possible on my returns and I always leave knowing we are in good hands! I've never been let down by H&R Blocks services! If you are in Smithfield,NC, please go see Cheryl Thompson! Shes amazing at what she does and is so friendly and calming! I know we will be back every year for tax season! Also H&R Blocks app is super user friendly and has the refund tracker which is an amazing feature! Thank you H&R Block!Sincerely,Seth Myers

I had an horrible experience using hrblock online, so I decided to go in person and file my taxes and everyone was friendly and Naomi Robinson prepared my taxes in no time and was very helpful and friendly.
