JCI Thrift Store and Donation Center is a non-profit shop offering quality merchandise at low prices. It provides a welcoming feel and is organized and neat, with lots and lots of clothes and misc. items. Shoppers can find everything from clothes for all ages and shoes to household goods, seasonal items, and a nice selection of books. It is a place to discover hidden treasures, from garden boots to beloved home pieces and gifts. The spot is quite simply adorable, though it is an old store and a hit or miss for finds. Customer service is often described as nice, polite, fast, friendly, courteous, attentive, and kind. The employee is always working and always joyful, creating a happy place. However, some notice the employee mostly works without help, which some customers find unusual. A few donors have experienced hesitation from staff, wishing for a more pleasant interaction. The store closes daily for lunch, a practice some customers do not understand. Overall, it remains a favorite for many, a happy place to stop in and look around. Items sell quickly, so if you find something you can't live without, you'd better buy it.
Nice customer service….polite. I found garden boots. Been looking a long time but way too expensive. Here I bought “new” $10. It’s an old store and a hit or miss. I had extra time waiting on PT so I stopped in. Lots and lots of clothes and misc. items .

I've never been to a shop that closes for lunch. There's always 2 to 3 people working in there so I don't understand why they close the doors every day for lunch when most places have employees that alternate times to take their lunch.

I donated clothing, books, and a TV and liked the staff.
