Great place and the people were very nice! I took my GSD puppy here for her first groom and they said she did wonderful! I was super nervous but they said she was so well behaved and she looked great!

My dog and I had a wonderful experience- from the greetings, service , and time it took to be done. Everyone is friendly and professional. My two dogs are always well taken care of And look so handsome. It is always a great experience

These guys pay great care to my dog. He does not like being at the groomer and they do their very best to help him to feel comfortable. Love coming here they always do such a nice job on his cut and trim and nails.

I brought my cat, Kevin, in at 8:30 am this morning. I still had not received a call back saying he was done until I called at 3:30 pm. I asked for a bath, a spot shave for any matts he may have, a sanitary cleaning, and for caps to be put on his nails. First, this appointment took 7 hours. Second, maybe I didn’t realize when I asked for caps, they would put them on the front and back… I have never heard of caps being put on the back paws before so I didn’t think I had to specify. When I picked up Kevin, he was still wet in places and does not feel clean in the slightest. I’m not even sure if the matts he did have were shaved. How does it take 7 hours to groom a cat? I get he is long haired and may take more time to dry, but in the past we usually pick him up within 2.5 hours. I plan on calling for a refund/partial refund. Never going back here.

Another great experience with Paws n Claws! I called my regular groomer, Jay, for a last minute appointment and, despite already being super busy, he was able to fit me in. They just got a new fenced in area for the dogs to play and stretch their legs and told me my Willow had a great time. Going to the groomers isn’t fun for dogs, but the kindness the staff show and the personability of loving each dog like their own gives you peace of mind they’re well cared for. Love them and happy to go somewhere I trust!
Same to say Willow loves them too! And she’s worn out from a little play time ❤️
