I worked here for almost 6 months, it was going good at first but then like 4 months into the job i was getting sexually harassed, HR nor management didn't do crap just kept me and the man [Leonard Morgan (assistant manager)] off the same schedule. He was the only one i was really having trouble with, Well September 29th, 2023 I went into work and i was looked at like i was just a outcast, i went to the back to get ready for my work day and next thing I know I was getting yelled at for calling out 3 days for being really sick, I had a doctors note and everything saying i needed to be quarantined. The manager yelled at me in front of most of my coworkers, told me "he didn't care what i had going on in life i needed to come to work", I said "what you want me to do come to work and get everyone sick?" The manager is a ass and so is both of the assistant managers, they are very unprofessional and need to all be fired, If you are wanting shoes DO NOT go to the rack room in smithfield you will get treated bad and won't have good service. The managers name is Daniel Reed, and the woman assistant manager is Roxana Jimenez. Please if you go and get treated badly please report them!!

Found the perfect low boots for fall and winter. Bought brown and got the black pair half off. Nice! Employees very nice. Nice clean store.

I always get 2 pairs because of the BOGO for years. Now it's gone. Instead of keeping a partial profit, now you lost the whole sale and a customer completely. They excluded Nike and other brands. Walked over to the Nike store next door. Found the same shoes for $30 less.

On today Feb 28th 2023 I walked into the store no one greeted me ok cool. I walked around looking for shoes for myself and my kids still no one asked me was I finding everything ok. But what I did notice was one worker following my every step as if i was stealing. Mind you I only had my phone in my hand and I'm by myself. This man walked behind me and still no one ask if I needed anything. But the worker that was following me walked to the door as i was going out like he was goin to stop me. I looked him right in the eye and shook my head with disappointment.

Store was clean and workers were straightening boxes/stacks. And they were friendly.

Last minute shopping on Christmas eve. Store was not busy at all. Store associates were super helpful. We got in and out in less than 30 minutes. Meanwhile the Nike outlet has a line out rhe door.

Thank goodness they had BOGO half price! I would have left empty handed! They do have a great selection of different styles. You be nuts if you don't buy two pair. Most of the men shoes I was looking at were around $69 to $79 a pair!
