I will not be shopping here again. The store manager harassed me as soon as I stepped in the door. She followed me when I clearly didn’t need help and I felt uncomfortable. The store looked great and easy to shop but that one lady deterred me from wanting to comeback to this Rue21. I might try another but I’m not sure.

All experience I ever had was great with the help of Kayla & Aubrey that always made me feel welcomed there but now since Kayla is leaving and Aubrey was fired, I will no longer be a customer at this store because when they are not there the other workers doesn't acknowledge customer, doesn't ask for phone numbers of customers for there rewards and they just look at you like you don't belong here. So I will be closing out my account with this store and all of rue 21 stores. Also will be letting all my family and friends know to not shop at Rue 21 because not only do the other workers discriminate against me they also don't like it when I go there so I no longer will and the other people I recommend to y'all will also know about this.

Clean establishment. Merchandise well kept and properly placed. Staff attentive to cleanliness, upkeep, patron satisfaction, attentive to customers, and their needs. Employees keeps Merchandise clean, tidy, and organized. Employees always kept friendly smiles, and tone of voice. Friendly service.
