I just want to send a shout out for Ashley at the Brightleaf store! She is super helpful and engaged with the customers! Since she came to that store I have had the best experience! Not that the others gave bad customer service, they were great, but Ashley is very knowledgeable, sincere, and just elevates customer service to a whole new level at Sherwin Williams!

The store manager (Gabe) explained all of my options and recommended a product which gave me the results I needed. He has the ability to be professional and personable at the same time. He can educate you without talking down to you.i worked in management for 50 years.Hold ont to Gabe.

Did not buy anything today, but went in to get samples and learn about products as we have a whole house project coming up. The clerk was patient, knowledgable, friendly and took the time to explain all the products, give personal feedback and recommend products. Great service!
