Went to have my car washed yesterday (Saturday), it was a little busy. That wasn’t an issue but when the young man started cleaning my car was when things got worse. Used the same rag that he cleaned my rims on the interior of my doors which isn’t acceptable, why would you clean the dirt and grime off the rims and clean the interior of the doors, that’s not cleaning. Also didn’t finish vacuuming the interior floor boards, knocked off dirt from my mat and put back in truck (no vacuuming). He said he couldn’t start my truck so asked me to start it. Couldn’t crank because they killed my battery, he proceeded to tell me I killed my battery by leaving my lights on ( lights are automatic when I turn the key to the off position. I told him whoever moved my truck up left the key in auxiliary position, he said I was the one who did it, I wasn’t even in my truck, I was watching him half clean the outside of my truck. Then I needed to tell the attendant to find someone to jump me off. After they jumped me off I left because I didn’t want them to touch my truck any longer. Needless to say I didn’t get my truck finished or what I paid for. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had here. Not to mention it took an 1-1/2 hours to get my truck half cleaned.
On the other hand the other attendants that I watched were doing a great job on the vehicles they were cleaning. Just hope you don’t get the attendant I had.

I had my car washed today at the Smithfield location and they did an amazing job. One young man found something in my car that I thought had been lost forever. It was a little blue lizard that my son gave to me almost 20 years ago that I have always kept with me in the car. Even when I’ve gotten newer cars, the lizard has come with me and we’ve been on money travels together. I was so happy to see that lizard after the car wash today. I almost started crying. I truly can’t thank you enough for the attention to detail that you take when you’re cleaning the cars. I will definitely become a repeat customer.

Everyone was really polite but my car was not cleaned after. It's the worst when you have to clean your car after paying for a car wash. Cup holders not wiped out, under the rugs weren't vacuumed, windows had streaks, etc. I hope to see it get better in the future. Just really upset that I paid for what wasn't the best attention to detail.

These guys hustle. My car looked like new when they were done. They do a thorough job. I paid $37 for full in and out wash and clean.

Hands-down, the best car wash and the most consistent service of any place I've ever been.The staff is always professional, the owner keep a close eye on his staff, he's attentive, and turned in to take care of you and your vehicle and they just do it right every single time.I honestly can't say enough good stuff about these folks.
