Stopped in to purchase a new screen protector they had one $57.00 I paid cash. They tried to install it but it was defective was the only one they had. Refused to refund my money wanted to issue a check from corporate, I refused to leave without my money they said it was corporate policy. I am from out of town just passing through. Sat in the store for over 2 hours while they worked on retrieving my money from the register. Will never deal with US cellular again this why they are losing customers and going broke. I had to leave one star but they don’t deserve it

Bowlers this is one of the best stores in this area the customer service staff skills are outstanding the management here and she know who she is it's really great I've never had a problem I will continue to come to the store and I highly recommend them to anybody else

Non transparent pricing we had an issue with our bill and went in 3+ times they never resolved the issue.
