Brant Lara provided excellent customer service yesterday! I took an elderly family member in for help with his Verizon phone, Brant was kind, patient, polite, personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful with our questions! Excellent customer service! He even held the door for us, very mannerable! We need more people like him in every business! I highly recommend him for any help, purchases, or questions!

I made a spontaneous decision to switch to Verizon yesterday, and I'm so glad I did—thanks to Melvin. He was incredibly patient while dealing with multiple issues caused by AT&T and handled everything with professionalism and a great attitude. Melvin was not only knowledgeable but also extremely friendly throughout the entire process. If you're thinking about switching carriers or upgrading your phone, I highly recommend asking for Melvin!

we had an issue with Verizon getting us our phone on time. JP at the store took care of us and went overboard to make our experience the best. He work with setting the phone up and made sure it worked in my wives car. If you need a phone in the Smithfield NC area. Look JP up.

We had an outstanding experience at Cellular Sales Smithfield! Kevin went above and beyond to help our family find the perfect plan after adding two more people and updating our devices. His expertise and patience made what could have been a stressful process incredibly smooth and enjoyable.

After we left I felt like a used car salesman just got over on us and made our bill change way more than what we were paying for another service going from 120 to almost 300 dollars WTH were we thinking!! Verizon lies commercials lie the people lie to sale you a gimmick and you can’t even pay your phone off early. You have to wait with three years to get another phone. That’s ridiculous. The screen protectors were $50 just as much as the phone cases I just couldn’t believe it because they are no different than the ones you can get off Amazon or anywhere else way cheaper they crack just like the other ones do and he told me that this wouldn’t crack if you dropped your phone, it would not crack the screen protector that it’s supposed to be super Duper strong, just another gimmick 50 for a screen protector that didn’t work.

I was dreading this visit. I mean, who wants to visit a cell phone store. First they have changed the floor plan since my last visit. Shout out to Scott for replacing the SIM card in my phone. Quickly, efficiently and with confidence. Everyone looked professional, the store was clean and I was greeted & assisted immediately upon entry. I will return to this store (and I'll ask for Scott) when I need an upgrade.

Was treated very badly. As a paying customer, the associate should have been understanding of the frustration and continued problems with my phone as I have brought it in before with the same issue, but instead he was disrespectful and said I was the cause of the problems. It is all about the sale with no customer service at this store after purchasing. Needless to say, I left in tears, and I will not return to this store.

I would like to leave a recommendation for Ishmael at the Smithfield store. I came in today and had been with boost um for probably 10 years and it was getting worse and worse with customer service. Um, and I came into this store and ismo has been done above and beyond to help me. I am older and don't understand a lot of this stuff, and he was so patient with me to explain it. I'd just like to give him A. Commendation, you need to give him a raise. Thank you so much.

We’ve been at this location several times and continue to get good service. Isaiah helped my husband upgrade his phone last night and was really helpful in explaining why we couldn’t use a certain promotion but promptly got on the phone to find another. Really appreciate his work ethic and appreciated his conversation in the waiting periods.
