Awful customer service. I called to update my mom’s insurance information. The pharmacy tech I spoke to has always been rude and had a nasty attitude but this time was way worse than usual. I was told by her that my mom couldn’t use both of her insurance policies anyone who has knowledge about insurance policies knows you most certainly can. She’s worked there for many years so she should be educated in that subject. Just makes me upset knowing she’s probably telling all the other older customers that also. After I told her no that’s not how it works she was even more rude and demanded the numbers off my moms insurance card. After the call I asked to speak with the pharmacist and explained what happened and she completely brushed it off and turned it on me saying I had the attitude. Definitely not how any of it should have been handled. Very unprofessional. You also can’t call the store and speak with a manager.

Really like all the employees in pharmacy. One thing is going to cause me to leave Walmart Pharmacy in Smithfield NCWHEN YOU CALL TO TALK TO A HUMAN VOICE NEVER HAPPENS. REALLY NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED ASAPI CALLED 5 TIMES TODAY AND ON HOLD ON 30 TO 40 MINUTES EACH TIME I FINALLY DID REACHTHA SOMEONE AFTER 2 HOURS THANK YOU

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for 2.5 years and I have to say that Quan who works there has always made it a wonderful and caring experience. I don’t know how someone who works in such a high volume place with so many (unreasonable) customers can still always have a warm smile for every single person, even at closing time and during weekend hours. Give this man a raise!

Pricing can’t be beat! Always friendly and helpful to me. May have to wait because they are so busy, but compared to Walgreens and CVS they are equal in wait time.

Do not understand why insulin is not in stock. Being a diabetic on social security I get my meds on the 3rd of the month. Two months ago my N and R was out of stock and needed to try in 2 days. Last month had R but no N. Needed second trip to get my meds. This month, Feb, took 2 trips and was advised to call and reserve to make sure I get it.

if i could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy was very rude to us when we called the number for curbside pickup. Then the pharmacist as well as the staff puts my wife into tears and demands her to come inside and pay when she already has paid for. When they came out, they demanded her to pay again when she already paid on the app. Person gave my wife an attitude, and I had to step in and say something. I should have never had to do this.

I don't understand the negative comments posted here. I'm at the Smithfield Walmart Pharmacy at least once a month. The wait is reasonable for a pharmacy as large as Walmart. The service is friendly and professional. If there is a problem, 99% of the time it's on the doctor's office end and the pharmacy associates do an excellent job to resolve the issue asap.

Constantly not able to fill the medicine even after they text you and say it will be ready the following day. It is usually 3 or 4 days after that. Which in our case, my son needs his medicine daily and some can not be filled early so if you wait until then to fill and 5hen they can not fill it....he has to go without medication which is not well for one who requires his medicine every day.

auto dept was very helpful. friendly staff. got our tires changed, thank God they had them in stock, and back on the road in no time.
