“Ashley, was absolutely wonderful! We live outside of Charlotte NC , and it's been our dream to purchase on Topsail for almost 20 years. Ashley showed us so many homes to help us find the perfect one for us . She made everything so smooth and easy, always asking us if we needed anything and stayed on top of everything for us . Ashley goes above and beyond ! Highly recommend her to anyone ! Thank you so much Ashley ! You are a true Gem, you love your job , are great at it and know the island so well ! She also gives great recommendations for any of your needs ! We couldn't have had a better realtor ! Ashley Alexander is the BEST!”
“Jenna was super organized and kept me well aware of all details throughout the process. She was straight forward and truly was on her clients side. She was willing to get creative to make the deal happen.”
“We can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Ocean Life Reality and Tenley and her entire team. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional. Tenley in particular was outstanding. She responded immediately to every inquiry, question and concern in a thorough and professional manner. Her efforts and actions went far beyond what is expected from a realtor and we are extremely grateful she and her team helped us find and purchase our beautiful home. We would unhesitatingly recommend Ocean Life Reality to anyone looking for or trying to sell a home in this area.”
“Kind, Thorough, and Professional. We had such a wonderful experience working with Joann & Ashley. They were kind, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Their attention to detail and genuine care made what can be a stressful process feel so much easier. We truly appreciated their guidance and support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!”
“No realtor works harder than Susan Duncan! Vastly knowledgeable about Topsail Beach, Sneads Ferry, Hampstead, Surf City, and Jacksonville. Also has background in Commercial Real Estate. Would give 10⭐️ rating if it were possible!”
