“Excellent service and honest too. Carl even had his mechanic ride me home so I wouldn't be stranded. Anyone can replace parts if trained. However if they aren't honest in their pricing it's not worth going there. As long as I live in the area I'm a customer for life.”
“Russell is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, very fair in pricing and educates his customers to how to care for their investment! A quality long forgotten in today's $$$ me world.”
“Michael was great with our towed car which was totaled. He helped access the license plate and loose things still on the interior of the car. He went above and beyond.”

“Down here in Snow Hill visiting with my folks this winter, from Maine. I had a slow leaking tire and asked if they could fit me in. They immediately fixed the tire. Quickly. Definitely felt that southern hospitality :)”

“In 2023 my Truck broke down on a Tuesday, they towed it to their shop & had it back to me by Wednesday afternoon.
2026 took to them for a flywheel replacement, had it back to me in 2 days & most of the time was waiting for parts. Very pleased with turn around time, especially running a business myself”
