“I recently took my 2023 Santa Fe to Pinehurst Toyota-Hyundai Service. I noticed a clunking sound while turning at slow speeds. Cody Reed, service advisor, immediately set up an appointment next day at our convenience. He arranged a loaner car when the Technician needed more time to determine the problem. I already knew the cause would not be easy diagnose.
Cody kept me apprised throughout the process by phone. He is a good communicator! Told me the 4WD coupling needed to be replaced. I appreciate Greg and the team of Technicians working to find a solution. They got it done correctly. Car has been running great since then.
I would recommend Pinehurst Toyota. Very good customer relations, also they have great waiting room!”
“Randall kindly changed my tire after hours on a Saturday night (I was lucky he happened to still be there thanks to a tip from a very kind man working at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts just up the road) so I wouldn’t be stranded with my daughter and a flat tire 90 minutes from home. Both men just wanted us to be safe and not to drive with damage to the sidewall. They rescued us & reminded me how good people are.”
