“Everything was great. Oil change and Recall servicing was completed. Part took a couple days to arrive so the service department provided me with a replacement vehicle which was very nice. Only thing that was not done was the wash/detailing. I was told that it be done prior to pick up, but that was not the case. Overall I was super pleased with my experience being a first time Toyota owner.”

Within seconds Joyce welcomed me, explained the different options, and directed me to wait inside. My full service oil change was finished within 15 minutes and I was back on the road quickly. The mechanic team seemed to work together well and I immediately felt a difference in the running of my car. Secondly, they managed to change the oil in just over an hour, whereas at other dealerships it often takes me at least three hours. Furthermore, they considerately provided updates about the progress while I waited. I'll definitely return here for maintenance and will recommend it to my friends.”
