“Everything was great. Oil change and Recall servicing was completed. Part took a couple days to arrive so the service department provided me with a replacement vehicle which was very nice. Only thing that was not done was the wash/detailing. I was told that it be done prior to pick up, but that was not the case. Overall I was super pleased with my experience being a first time Toyota owner.”

Secondly, they managed to change the oil in just over an hour, whereas at other dealerships it often takes me at least three hours. Furthermore, they considerately provided updates about the progress while I waited. I'll definitely return here for maintenance and will recommend it to my friends.”
