My car's bumper was hanging on for dear life, and I was dreading an expensive repair. Then Cotton came along. He didn't just help he turned a frustrating situation into a genuinely positive experience.
He took the time to carefully tape everything up, making sure it was secure. But what really made it was his personality he was so nice and genuinely funny, cracking jokes and keeping my spirits up the whole time. It felt like a friend had shown up to help, not just some random guy.”

“I recently took my 2023 Santa Fe to Pinehurst Toyota-Hyundai Service. I noticed a clunking sound while turning at slow speeds. Cody Reed, service advisor, immediately set up an appointment next day at our convenience. He arranged a loaner car when the Technician needed more time to determine the problem. I already knew the cause would not be easy diagnose.
Cody kept me apprised throughout the process by phone. He is a good communicator! Told me the 4WD coupling needed to be replaced. I appreciate Greg and the team of Technicians working to find a solution. They got it done correctly. Car has been running great since then.
I would recommend Pinehurst Toyota. Very good customer relations, also they have great waiting room!”

“I bought my truck here. The first service at 10,000 miles is free which I did not know until I tried to pay for the service. The only downside is that they do not take appointments. Everyone drops off the vehicles in the morning and then waits for a call. The limited amount of work that they have done for me has been good. They are courteous and helpful. One time I had an electric seat issue and they diagnosed it immediately and ordered the part for a return visit. I think that a lot of people go to a dealership with the attitude that their problem is something unique when the dealership sees it as one of one hundred problems to be fixed that day. And with free coffee they get 5 stars.”
