Tried to change my telephone number on my mobile app and the gentleman who was supposed to be helping me said I have to go online. Which I did and it said call which I did and they said I need to go to the bank. I have lost all trust in them since their employees lack the proper training and since I have to go to the bank I plan to close my account just as soon as I have time to go to the there

I came in to set up an income trust account and received incredible customer service from Tramelle Braxton. She was kind, understanding, empathetic and professional in her service. My concerns and needs became hers and she went above and beyond in making sure my time sensitive banking need was met! Tramelle treated me like she would treat a member of her family. I am so grateful for her commitment to making sure she provided the best customer service possible.

Called asking for information before I drove 40 minutes one way. The lady I spoke with was unprofessional and kept wanting to talk over me instead of listening to what I needed. She was unable to help, but took my name and number and told me I would get a call back from someone who could answer my questions. I never received a call back. It was my first and only experience with this location, but it was not very good.

Bank of America has awful customer service and high fees, finally closed my last connection with them. They also share you banking info with the gov't, would never trust them with a penny of my money.

Not good. I entered and got in line. One of the CSRs walks up to the teller line and takes the teller away to help her with something. I continued to wait. One of the guys in front of me tells the teller that he needs to wire some money. She puts him off and tells him to have a seat and that may be up to an hour's wait or more. A guy behind me asked the CSR as she was walking by about opening an account. She made it sound difficult and basically told him that they didn't have time and call back sometime. When I made it to the teller she didn't really speak, she didn't smile, and she acted irritated. I was happy when I finished and got to leave. I'm glad this isn't my normal branch.

I had a great experience with Catherine in the entire Bank of America team. I closed my account because a woman from Bank of America when I was on the phone was very rude to me. I had to reopen my account 2 days later so I wouldn't go out without money for a month and a half and they were able to get it done. I can't think them enough this is a great location and you have great people working here.

I was very impressed by one of the managers this morning - believe her name was Miss Flick. Very helpful and resolved my problem. Never had any sort of problem in all my years here - 5 stars all the way.

Business as usual at this Bank of America. Same story - One teller and a line. Small town branch located off the main highway in Southern Pines. You'll find friendly customer service but only one teller working the counter seems to be the best this big bank sees necessary to accommodate the customers. No wonder there are so many other choices for banking. Hopefully soon I will be done complaining about this bottom feeder institution. Goals for 2020. Move on.

There is a teller named Lorna Hunt at the Southern Pines, NC branch that is very rude!!!!!!
