We had a tire emergency passing through the area and had to grab a room. Everyone recommended Black’s so I called and got Frank Wells, manager. We have an unusual tire size/type and there were none in stock in the area. Frank secured a tire for us from a warehouse while on the same call and it was installed later the same day as promised. We couldn’t have been treated better! Great firm

Blacks is our trusted go to for all of our vehicles. Unfortunately we have a couple foreign cars that need a trip to the dealership for some things, but we always check with blacks first. Knowledgeable and professional mechanics and staff. Prices are reasonable and most of all they’ve ALWAYS been honest with what’s needed.After several years of bouncing around almost every other shop in the area and being taken advantage of, we found Blacks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One: I made it late to my appt due to traffic and they were all so kind and still changed my tires. Very awesome people from the front desk to those in the back! Beyond thankful for them today!!! Will most certainly go back to them!

My husband and I cannot express the level of appreciation and admiration we have for Black’s Auto Shop here in Southern Pines. They are genuinely good people. Same day triple car inspections, all done thoroughly without long wait times. Went out of their way to suggest an improvement I could make to one of my car's performance, and recommended a quality shop to do the work. Love this place!

Always like dealing with Black’s in Southern Pines. Service is quick, desk people friendly. A bit surprised at the amount of price increase over last year, but that’s inflation. My complaint for this service job (I usually do not have any) is that tire rotation was not done correctly. Instead of rotating front tires to rear & crossing over rear tires to front, tires were rotated front tires to rear & rear to front on both sides. Not that big a deal & by using an irregular rotation next time all can be correct.But overall happy, and I will still return to this service company.

Jesse was so kind and helpful when we spoke on the phone and when I came in. She helped me get the best price for tires and talked me through different options. She answered my questions and explained everything to me. Every time I go there though, everyone is usually very kind and friendly and helpful, and they are very efficient and timely whenever time I drop my car off.

Outstanding service. Black Tire was courteous, accurate and reasonable priced. I highly recommend that you use Black Tire & Auto Service if you're in or near Aberdeen NC. I had to drive back to Virginia and they were able to prioritize my vehicle, show me what needed to be resolved and why. In short, their dianosis, expertise and repair was greatly appreciated.

Let me start that my spouse and I are visiting our son and his family from Texas.I'll spare you the long details .My son did not have the locks for the after market wheels since Truck was pre-owned. Blacks did not have the correct spline socket.(They did try with the sockets they had and even bought a set to see if it would work on these after maker wheels, with no success)My son and I went all over town to look for right socket. As soon as we got the right socket, went back to Black's Tire and they were able to use the socket that we bought and therefore able to install new tires since the truck tires were severely warn...As a father, I want to personally thank "Tony" and the team at Black's Tire and I know that my family is now safely riding on new tires.Tony, thank you sir.
