I was extremely happy with my shopping experience. I hadn’t been to this location for a few years because of a bad experience. The place that I have been getting my supplements from has limited hours and I’ve a hard time getting there when they are open. I thought I’d give GNC a chance being that their hours are much better for me. I was pleasantly surprised! The young man that helped me was outstanding. I will be shopping at this location from now on.

I drove 30 minutes to get here and the store is closed 15 minutes early. Unbelievable.

Horrible customer service. Two different occasions I have gone to the store and it was “closed”. The first time I went at 7:45P, 15 minutes before closing to pickup an online order. The door was locked, and the associate came to the door, and without opening mouthed that they were closed.Again today, I visited the store at 2PM to this sign, waited 15 minutes, and then left. I will not attempt again to support this store.

Horrible customer service. Had products in hand, was never acknowledged for even being there. Decided to put back and leave. Went to nutrishop down the road and had a great experience and got what I needed. If your employees don't want to be there let them go they are not doing you any favors that is for sure.

Consistently bad service. The hours posted are not the actual hours. I went today and the lights are off and no one was inside. Several people came to the store just to be disappointed to see it was actually closed. The owner/manager needs to update the hours.

Attention Management:I had an Amazon package delivered there on Tuesday 4/13. I also have two other packages "pending delivery" because the " Business was closed" I called you guys to find out why you were closed and you stated that you were open. I then contacted Amazon directly and we three-way called you again, and your Amazon hub counter stated that you were indeed open but you did not have enough lockers to house the Amazon packages that were coming. On Friday my remaining packages still could not be delivered and then today (4/17 @1:00pm) I decided to go over there and find out what was so wrong. I see that your business has been closed since at least 4/15 because the date on the attempted delivery slip clearly proves that. I'd like to know where on earth you are and management if you aren't aware that your employees have not shown up to work here's your proof. If you've closed on purpose it seems like you would have a sign stating why you were closed during normal business hours. Please feel free to respond to me as I would love to know where you are. I will be contacting Amazon again as I'm sure this is a violation of your contract to be an Amazon hub counter. Stating that you were there and you cannot accept packages because you are out of lockers when the evidence is that you are not there at all.I guess I should also note that this is the third time I've delt with this type of delivery issue and the first time I've challenged whether or not the business was actually open by going and seeing for myself.

Well the hours say the store is open today which is Saturday april 17 2021 but all the lights are off and the sign says closed. It would be better for business if they would open the hours advertised.

I was in GNC today 3-12 @ 2:45 buying some things. I was with my 16 1/2 year old son. I pulled the creatine off the shelf and put it on the counter to purchase. My son had it in his hands while in the store too. When we went to pay for it, the guy refused to sell it to me. I have called GNC corporate and they said they didn’t know of any rule that would keep them from selling it. Also, anyone can go buy it online from GNC. Recommendations are very conflicting. So I have done my own studies to come to the conclusion that he can take it during his wrestling season. I don’t appreciate GNC trying to make that decision for me!

I call today to ask if they got a vitamin in that my mother in law needed and of course they dont have it havent had it in a while but thats not the big deal the lady that answered the phone hung up on me i still had another question for her she didnt say bye or nothing that is so rude
