On 3/2/24 I purchased an item with a buy now pay later app. The money was deducted from bank account and I was supposed to pick up my item ninety minutes later. As of today,24 hours later I haven't heard anything from Hibbetts Sports.The email continue to say processing in store.When i call the store no answer. The buy now pay later company left messages foe Hibbetts Sports also.

This place is a joke can’t ever get a pair of shoes that comes out !! Called before I comeThe lady said be there at 12 when I got thereThe guy said they did not have any I willJust keep going to court side and pay the mark up will never spend a cent here again!!!!!Would give a 0 but it would not let me!!!!!!

Alexis was fantastic. I had an idea of what I wanted but still tried on at least 6 different pairs of shoes. She was helpful and gave great opinions the entire way. I’ll definitely buy my next pair of sneakers there.

Friendly staff with a decent selection of nice shoes. If you are looking for more of a selection, go to the mall or online. I won’t drop a star for lack of selection because most of these kind of stores almost always has a lack of selection,.
