“I purchased a knife to give as a gift from a local dealer. Two months later I was prepping it to give away. I noticed that inside the package the sheath was missing. I recalled that it was the last one in stock and I had actually purchased the display model. The retailer had either moved or gone out of business because the building was vacant and no signs to where they had gone.I called Spartan and spoke to Kimberly. She told me the best way to handle it would be to email them. I did and they made it right immediately. Sent me a new sheath not even asking for a payment for shipping. She said it was included in the warranty.Such a great company! They weren't really responsible for the missing sheath, but took care of the problem anyway. They now have a lifetime customer and I will be making other purchases from them soon.Superb quality and excellent customer service! This is what you expect but all too often find lacking in the consumer world lately.Thank you Spartan Blades and Kimberly!”

“They have wonderful customer service, and the most beautiful yarn selection. Its a bit out of my budget most of the time, but their cheapest acrylic yarn is still wonderful quality and they have a great color selection. They also offer classes, which I have not been too but the people running the classes have given me project advice and were incredibly helpful and also have a wonderful sense of humor. I love the place and love supporting them any way I can”

“Found everything I was looking for and it was even on sale! The staff I talked to was extremely helpful and suggested a couple different techniques for what I wanted to do. Definitely better than Hobby Lobby”

“I was unsure of what to expect, having never went through this process before, but I knew I wanted professional insight because the piece in question was special to me. Timing was of no consequence (although they WERE timely); most importantly, the framers were thoughtful and creative in their vision for my piece. As a graduate student my income is often limited (re: I’m poor), but this was well worth the expense. Thank you!”
