“Well we had a new waitress and I understand that you have to learn but you don't sit people down and just leave. She needs to be trained properly on what to and not to do. We waited for a long time between her coming by for help. People who came into the restaurant way after we did was getting their food and we are waiting on ours. We waited over an hour to get food. That's not good at all. My husband's food was good mine on the other hand was not. I steak was raw and burnt. It smelled burnt and had blood coming out of it. Med well does not have blood coming out of it. Very disappointed in the whole thing. First time going to eat at this restaurant probably my last.”

“Stayed here one night while traveling thru returning from vacation. Very clean, quiet, and well taken care of hotel. We were traveling with a dog and hotel was accomodating for our companion as well.
We personally are not much on breakfast but coffee was very good and there were sufficient goodies if we had wanted something.
Staff was friendly, helpful and professional.
Not the Ritz but quiet, comfortable, and relaxing while on the road. Bottom line, great value.”

“I travel a lot. Upper end Hotels are not my thing. They are nice but not something I reach for. THIS Hotel is really good for the price. It's clean, it's quiet, the staff are pleasant and accommodating. The landscaping is nice. The room is clean as it should be and everything works. If you like a nice midrange priced Hotel and you are realistic you will love this Hotel like I do.”

“I stayed at the inn this past weekend and had a great experience. Ashland was incredibly helpful from check-in to check-out—offering great restaurant recommendations, directions, and keeping us updated on downtown and lounge events. Loved the DJs on the courtyard!
D’Onna in housekeeping was also amazing and very quick with communication.”
