Friendly staff. Great selection. And my daughters absolutely love every second we spend in there. Too bad my wallet can't keep up with everything they want from here!Recommend to anyone who likes niche and local items. As a male, boutiques aren't typically my jam, but I enjoy every time I visit.

Great place to shop. There is something for everyone.. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also deliver. During the beginning of Covid I had a couple of deliveries. The merchandise was gift wrapped and delivered with a smile. I highly recommend Mockingbird on Broad! You can see merchandise ideas on their Facebook page.

Such an amazing store!!! There’s something for everyone and it’s most certainly my number one place to buy gifts or house decor! The staff is wonderfully hospitable and always willing to help! Absolutely love this store!!!!
The owner Sundi McLaughlin is a proud military wife who lives, works, and volunteers in Southern Pines, NC where she has a lovely shop called Mockingbird on Broad located on Broad St, right in the heart of the downtown directly across from the train depot. Sundi moved in 2009 to her sleepy little town from Florida where she was a Deputy fighting inmates and frizzy hair! However, prior to that Sundi dove for shells and sold them on the beach in Key West, FL. She is quite happy to be selling things she loves again while happily retiring her unfortunate polyester deputy uniform, handcuffs, and ponytail. The shop is filled with beautiful items and a lot of sass. Stop by and say hi!
