Came here to go to the Khols to look at a cologne in the Sephora section. They were sold out but the lady was very nice and explained the shipping process.

I returned an Amazon package without any problems. I downloaded the return QR code and was in and out of UPS in a matter of minutes. Staff are always helpful and friendly.
