Lately when I've shopped in this store at Pinecrest Plaza in Southern Pines the employees are so unfriendly, I was in there yesterday 6/25/22 for about 30 minute's looking and trying on shoes never did anyone ask me could they help me and it was 3 employees there just standing at the register. I did purchase some shoe's but my word to people is IF YOU CAN'T DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC and GIVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! MAYBE You Need Your Own Business, It's so EASY to Be NICE and Treat People the Way you would Want to be Treated! Always the Money the Customers Spend pays your Salary and you're not doing us a FAVOR! It's called Serving OTHER'S which is a Great Thing try it I guarantee it will make a difference in this WORLD!! And do it with a Smile and Sincere ?

Selection was okay, and we were greeted as we walked in, but trying on a pair of shoes is impossible, since they only have a single shoe in a box. Will stick to my local store, where this isn't an issue.

Worst customer service my family has ever experience. Whoever works the 4-9 has the most bitter attitude of her life.

If it was not for my daughter wanting to go there, I would not even bother to go in. This place has the worse customer service I have seen yet, the girls at the register were talking about texting and social media. The two other people on the floor were just talking. Do they not know how to greet customers, the same people that are keeping their job going. We wait in the one aisle for over 10 minutes, no one bothered to come and ask if we needed assistance, which we did. Long story short when asked about ordering the shoes, they seemed annoyed about doing their job that I told my daughter, I would not even bother ordering with them. She wanted the one pair of shoes that we got there but never again, will I buy anything there. I hope that corporate sees the people they hired at this store and make a change or else they will lose more customers. I guess people in there just get paid to stand around and chit chat.

I took the family to the Shoe Depot recently and we found some good values. We're very careful shoppers and the young woman that assisted us was very patient and that is much appreciated. We will return when our next pair of shoes is needed.

Great shoes & prices, but the attitude of the workers today was piss poor. The female & male employee seemed more interested in talking with each other than helping the several customers in store. Needless to say we returned our items to the shelf & walked out. Not sure if we'll return here again. Fend for yourself.

So a little over and hour after I left the shoe dept I realized I must have left my wallet on the counter. Because I paid for my daughter’s sandals. And went straight home after. Then when I got home, I realized I left my wallet. Mind you I had my one year old in hand, and my mind is a mess. And I didn’t stop by anywhere else. I call the Shoe Dept, mind you that the Hispanic woman that worked their had zero customer service expertise. Well they answer and tell me no one left anything, and I hear mumbling in the background. Like they were speaking to each other. They say nothing was there and they would let me know if it shows up. They hang up and I call back stating it had to be on the counter that I wanted to see the camera, well apparently they don’t work. That seems fishy to me, that the camera near the register doesn’t work. And then tells me again I’ll let you know, and never asked for my name or number and quickly wanted to end the conversation. Therefore it’s obvious they stole my wallet. In it was my cards, and a little over 100$ I was saving for my daughter’s first birthday.
