DO NOT SHOP HERE.The man that helped us pretended to not know anything just make a bigger sale. He Took us off the plan we were grandfathered in and proceeded to upgrade to the most expensive military package. Then added a phone and Apple Watch after telling him repeatedly to wait and not do anything because we wanted to check something on our phone. We figured out we wanted to do and he told us he couldn’t do it because he already processed the stuff without our consent. We ended up returning and canceling everything the next day. We are still trying to fix everything weeks later.Save your money and the headache.

Today my husband and I went to T-Mobile for a new Pixel 8 phone. We were very pleased with the Tyler ( T-Mobile rep) who worked with us diligently for over an hour and a half to get us the upgraded phone. She reviewed all of the choices with us and reviewed all of the pros and cons of each option. Since we are older people she provided us with wrist watches that link to our phone so that if on of us should fall or have an accident it will alert the our partner. She gave us her business card and told us to call if we have any problems with the new phone and watches. She has bright smile, a calm manner, and it was a pleasure to have met her.

I added home internet to my mother’s home. Everyone was very helpful and took time to tell me how to move forward to earn my promotional items. Of course T- Mobile’s cell tower locations are not located as strategically as one would hope , however, they pass most tests if only by one bar service. Traveling, the cell signal has never given me a problem. So until they totally screw up , and they may, they earned a five star rating.

The most unhelpful people I have ever encountered! You may think you pay 30 a month for insurance but if you ever need to use it , it is completely useless!

Refused to help fix my phone and I lost everything when I had to replace it with a new one. All because I wasn’t an authorized user on the account when all I needed was a physical repair for the charger port.

Went to get my Tuesday perk and check out new phones. Divine helped me find what I was looking for and explained everything clearly. He gives great customer service and has a good attitude. I appreciate seeing people like him in the workplace who are knowledgeable about their job and care about their customers. 6 star rating if I could!!!

Web says they are open until 8pm during the week. Got here at 6:20 and they are closed. I have had nothing but one lie after another with this company since switching. Very serious thinking of switching back to Verizon.

I have never used a TMobile phone so I don't know how or who falsified a Google rating of 5 stars on my profile, but I am changing it as of 6/8/23 to 1 star because I don't care for TMobile. I have had family members in the past that used them, and reception was horrid.

Jaheim was an incredible professional who helped us when our son’s SIM card was stolen. He canceled the stolen card and reset the phone with another SIM. I tried to pay him, but he wouldn’t take any payment. Thank you for great service.

I recently purchased an IPhone from this store. Had an issue with my voicemail setup the representative was not helpful at all. Had to call it myself in the store then TMobil IT needed to call me an a separate line. This store would not let them call on their phone number. Don't ever shop here service is terrible. Should have stayed with AT&T now I'm stuck with this crappy service .

BEWARE! Had an absolutely terrible experience here. We traded in our phones with an associate with one of their retail associates to get new ones. After a month we checked our bill and it was incorrect. When we went back into the store I spoke with Tyler the Retail Associate Manager who completely acknowledged we were quoted the wrong deal (I had it in writing) but that there was nothing she would be willing to do to honor what we were told, and we were out HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. They will not stand behind their work and lock you into payment contract that is incorrect. Will never be back or recommend this t-mobile to anyone.
