Very poor customer service. I had to pay to use the computer to print the computer than froze and wouldn’t let even click the properties or print button. The young woman I asked for help didn’t know how to unfreeze the computer and didn’t even have abilities to print on the back printer. She then Said I would need to print it somewhere else and make copies on their printer. I also had Avery brand place cards I was printing on and she said they would not allow me to use my own labels and when I told her it wasn’t labels she said it was “low quality” and they couldn’t allow me to use it.I won’t be going back. I also had an item to ship along with my print job and I decided to drive somewhere else with my shipment due to the poor customer service that was both inept and rude in manner.

They will not send items if they don’t want to and hide behind a policy that they can’t find, even if the website says they will send it. Not giving them my business anymore

The UPS store is my go to for small business printing. They have all the solutions my small business needs for marketing, printing, shipping, etc. Tasha their design specialist is the best. She takes time to sit with you bringing your ideas to life from designing, printing, labels, etc. She is always courteous and professional. Thank you Tasha!

ZERO stars. ZERO accountability. ZERO empathy. Sent a package first class (paid $12.77 for a small book). Was to arrive in two days. After one week, I contacted this UPS store. They have NO knowledge once the package leaves their store. Hung up on me and called back to yell at me some more. Avoid this store if at all possible.

It seems that shipping from here is very expensive, AND on the website it would have a shipping pick up at noon on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. When I got there Saturday morning they opened a couple minutes early, which was nice. But, when I asked if my item could arrive in the Boston area that coming Tuesday I was told it would $600 some odd dollars to get there.I said no to that and they said it would ship on Tuesday and arrive on Friday. That bill came to about $125.00. I took that, which was still too expensive.Bottom line-No Saturday pick up as advertisedAnd too expensive!

10 for tashia in the print department. 5 for severe lack of staff. i waited over 40mn before she could weed out the other customers, even after having spoken with a store associate the day before my print pickup. tashia was overwhelmed and could not come to the phone so i spoke with someone else. the following morning, i checked in with her at 8:35 and, upon my arrival at our discussed pickup time of 9:30, found her at the customer service counter handling a very slow trio's notary needs and juggling a consistent flow of new customers with shipping and passport photo needs. she had one other person helping her and eventually called to the back for some relief yet it was still a very long wait. perhaps it would be better to arrange non-mailing services by appointment only in order to help the staff deal with having to wear so many hats.

I’ve been here a few times for Amazon returns and it’s always been great, fast, friendly service. Today Cade was quick to help me overnight something. Katie (I think that was her name) was also efficient when I came right back in to return my spectrum equipment which I didn’t even know was possible here, so much easier then waiting in the long line of people next door at spectrum. I used the Amazon self return kiosk, it was quick and so easy. Pleasantly surprised with a one stop shop today.

They condone driver ignorance. They said we had dogs and we don't. They wouldn't receiver my package today because they took too long to reach the driver before he was out of my area. They didn't even take a chance to reach my porch. They never left the note stating of redelivery. I RECIEVED NOTHING. Useless and a waste of time. Managers are just as useless. Do better ups.

After 3 years of UPS consistently losing or being unable to deliver packages to my address, I signed up for my choice to get deliveries dropped off at the store thinking that would resolve the problem, but no, not only can they not manage to deliver to my address, they can’t find their own store. Wasted more time on the phone with customer service trying to resolve the issue, and once again thoroughly disappointed by the incompetence of this entire corporation. Do us all a favor and declare bankruptcy so shippers stop using your garbage service.
