“Two words sum up Beach Realty service: world-class. From contract through check-out, the team is friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. We experienced two issues at our cottage (bugs and pool water level) and they were taken care of posthaste with a smile. These people are the best! We have been vacationing on the Outer Banks for 50 years and have been renting through Beach Realty the past three -- we will not deal with any other company . . . This year we stayed at Beach Road Cottage in KDH. Five stars, as well. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. The property was steps to the beach and close to restaurants (walk to Goombays Grille & Raw Bar) and attractions. As noted above, a couple of issues were taken care of quickly and professionally. We will book again . . .”

“Tried to make a car payment but forgot the checkbook while we were on vacation. Apparently they don’t do counter checks anymore which I thought was nuts. Teller was nice but couldn’t help us. Offered to use a withdrawal slip to make payment but that won’t work for business accounting purposes as there wouldn’t be a paper trail, it would just show up as withdrawal slip, because ‘hello’ that’s what a withdrawal slip is. I know it wasn’t this locations fault but at the same time we left with no solution and the payment not made which is why I rated 4 stars. Note: both loan and checking account at Truist but in different names, business account to loan in personal name.”
