I called several places for availability, yet most were booked until after the holidays or non-committal or wanted me to just drop it off. Even though there was a 20 minute wait, I showed up and explained my situation. Donna was kind, courteous, and did everything she could to help me. She assured me that the team would take care of me although it may take a little time to get the parts. What I thought would be an entire day of waiting, I was out in 2 hours! Even better, the price for was a lot lower than I expected. This was an early Christmas gift -- and I found my new go-to for repairs.”

“My car had an oil leak. We were referred to Chris Matthews by friends on Oak Island. From my first introduction to Victoria on the phone, the process was outstanding. I dropped my car off and put the my key fob in the drop box. In addition to clear instructions given by Victoria, envelopes were readily available to leave your car details and any notes you wanted. Victoria called the next day to give me the price. They ordered and received the part quickly and I was on my way the next day. They also inspected my car. Everyone on site was most polite and friendly. This will be our new automotive service on Oak Island - can't say enough good things about the company.”
