I had an AC issue and Shane S. was super helpful. Like above and beyond helpful. I'm used to employees at chain stores not speaking English or being utterly useless so to get a friendly, helpful guy who knew his stuff was a breath of fresh air. Well played, AutoZone.

My turn signal light when out and a gentleman in the store named Austin C really helped me and found the ones that fit best for my truck, he was so nice, respectful and helpful. I really appreciated the time and the patience’s he had to help me. Thank you Austin keep up the good work. 😊
