This bank is a joke. I'm used to a much different experience with customer service. It's hard to believe these are neighbors. I recommend United Bank down the road if you have respect and dignity.

Crashed a check that was written from this bank and they charged an $8.00 fee.... the CHECK is from YOUR bank, I've never heard of this. Certainly won't consider doing business with this bank. I gave one star because someone actually answered the phone.

About as fast a a McDonalds drive through and as friendly. Still one of the few banks that is still freaking out over the Rona and won't let you on without an appointment, which I think is a crock. Have any of their employees or executives ever been out in public or to a Walmart, Lowes Home Improvement, or Grocery Store??? Great job inconveniencing your banking customers BB&T! I use multiple banks and prefer First Bank up the street. May transfer all accounts up there as they are friendly and seem to actually appreciate your business.

You shouldn't have a sign in the lobby that says BB&T and Suntrust NOW TRUIST if that's not true. I couldn't cash my personal Suntrust check there so how are you NOW TRUIST...but you can't help me.....as the teller said.....we haven't merged yet.... but YOUR sign says otherwise. Just poor poor service. I think it might be time to move on.

Horrible customer service, and you cannot close your account unless you physically enter the building. Trash establishment. Don't overdraft, they will consistently charge you a daily $36 fee!

Opened an account here a couple weeks ago. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, and were able to address any questions or concerns that I had. The process itself was quick and easy. Very satisfied with my service.
