I do like the new renovations of exterior.I like the ease of getting in and out of the facility. The management is easy to get a hold of and the ability to have auto draft is great for me. But most of all the very reasonably rates for units. (As I have 3).

I have been so Impressed by their quick response, their ability to find the perfect fit for my moving needs at a Very Affordable Price, along with being Safe and Secure. Moving from WV to Oak Island then having to fit everything in place, it has been a Blessing to be able to take time and move everything at my personal pace. Big shout out to Beach Road Storage, and their entire team. I personally know the owner, and it's awesome to see a Storage operator care so much for his customers, and making sure he provides a great experience all around. If you're looking to store your belongings in Brunswick County (or surrounding areas), I definitely recommend Beach Road Storage!

The new owner is very greedy. He has a ridiculous new lease agreement, has his system set to email constant upcharge attempts, and bill pay reminders. Not only emails but texts too!This guy will learn very soon that news travels fast in a small town. I've done business with the previous owner, Robin for 9 years and never had a problem.

I love this place! Great service, price and clean facility. I feel super safe coming in day or night with the big LED lights and security cameras. I have been a customer for 1 year now and the new owners have done a ton to improve it. The staff is awesome and the units are clean!

The storage facility has excellent customer service! I interacted with the managing staff and the facility owner who is absolutely wonderful! Very welcoming and accommodating. It’s also extremely clean and well managed. You won’t find a better place anywhere else!
