Have always shopped at CVS but no longer do since they announced they would be distributing the abortion drug. Please reconsider this decision.

Your cashier cheated me by $1.00. The cost of my purchase was $6.28. I took out a $20 bill and since I wanted a $5 bill in my change, I pulled $1 out of another section in my wallet - and I made a conscious effort because I picked the 3rd dollar in, since it was an old bill. I handed the cashier $21.28. She entered $20.28 and started to count out $14.00. I told her 'My change is $15'. She insisted No, that I gave her a $20 bill. I told her no, I gave her $21.28 and repeated the comment above that I chose an old dollar and gave it to her with the rest of the money. I said look at the cameras if you don't believe me. So, she called her supervisor, who told her to leave the $14 in change that she had counted out on the side, and she left with the cashier's box to count it out. I waited at least 25 minutes! When the supv returned she said the money counted out correctly and she couldn't see anything with the camera, because the CVS card blocked it - I'm not sure I believe that. I told her well maybe the cashier made a mistake with someone else and I again told her the story noted above, but she insisted that $14 was my change. You can imagine my frustration, so I took my prescriptions and merchandise and the $14 in change and left. Frankly, when it comes to money - I don't usually make mistakes - and again, I made a conscious effort on the dollar bill that I chose from my wallet, so I know it was with the $20 bill and the change.\\ As information, I observed the cashier and her interaction with 3 people before me, as well as her processing of my own transaction - AND while I was waiting for 25 minutes for the money count, she had moved to the register next to the one where I was standing and helped about 5 people. She was very slow and didn't seem to know what she was doing, and didn't pay attention to what the people were telling her or what she was doing. In my past experiences when cashiers receive odd amounts of money to process they don't know what to do unless the machine gives them the answer. For all I know, she saw the $20 bill and started to enter it and then didn't know what to do with the change. In any event - I know I was cheated today and it's left me very upset.

They filled my prescription as ordered. I used the GoodRx and that required them to redo the prescription in their system. But it did save me money.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to,they need to fire everyone that works there and close this location. My wife was having trouble breathing and needed her emergency inhaler refilled so her doctor called it in for her we called to confirm it was ready and they said it was so we got there approximately 20 minutes later and they had closed the pharmacy early but they were still there but would not even look at us so I finally found someone and explained that we needed her prescription so she could breathe and he said he would go check with the people in the pharmacy but he never talked to anyone, 5 or six people came out of the pharmacy and I stopped them and told them that it was a emergency situation that my wife couldn't breathe and needed her inhaler they said there was nothing they could do and walked out and left us standing there. They didn't care if my wife lived or died! Corporate needs to know how these people treat customers!! I had to call another cvs and have her prescription transferred to that location which was 35 minutes away while my wife was struggling to breathe.

I can certainly understand why they are closing the stores nationwide. If the store in Southport it’s anything like the others nationally they all need to close. They don’t even deserve one star. The pharmacy is rude arrogant and I was even told as a customer that I was pathetic. These pharmacist or customer service associate should lose their license or get out of the business. They are horrible with no compassion and shouldn’t even be listed in the category that they’re in. I understand they are busy and have to multitask but my motto is if you don’t like the heat get out of the kitchen. I even had one pharmacist Complain in front of customers and colleagues about southern tradition and southern people and she was brought to the pharmacy to straighten things up. LOL In addition to that I was told by an associate by the name of Samantha that I was pathetic. All I can say is don’t waste your time and go to Walgreens down the street. Oh and by the way I was even told to go ahead and call customer service if I didn’t like their rude veneer. But the only problem is they don’t have customer service because I waited on hold for 30 minutes for no one to answer. We could all be so fortunate to have this business closed permanently.

Just spent 20+ minutes on hold and no one ever deigned to answer the phone. This is absolutely unacceptable.

This is a new CVS, but it's aweful! Half the time the drive thru is closed and half the time the drive thru is the only thing open. The male pharmacist is rude and condescending.

Pharmacist Dave confirmed that I was picking up a specific manufacturer so had a family member go pick it up. It was not that manufacturer and when it comes to drugs, I don't like switching manufactures every couple months. When I expressed this to pharmacist, he could not help. It is very sad how he takes this as a job when in the end these drugs are changing our bodies! I'm going to call my insurance to see if something can be done, but looks like I have to pay out of pocket for the correct type. A lesson that a lot of health care providers don't take their \\\"jobs\\\" seriously. Pharmacists are dealing with drugs that change the course of our lives, and this particular one doesn't seem to care. He didn't even go into explaining why this drug could be the same or wouldn't affect my body. Switching pharmacies pronto, and if I were you, go down to the Walmart instead.

I will never darken the doors of this place - or any CVS - again. After an emergency dental appointment I rushed to get my prescriptions filled. I needed to jump-start antibiotics prior to my root canal tomorrow and was desperate for my pain meds. I was told cooly by the pharmacist that they were short staffed and nothing would be ready until tomorrow (and this was before noon.) I took my scripts down the street to Walgreens where they were quickly filled. So ends my 20+ years as a CVS customer.

I would give no stars if possible. I'm down helping a sick relative out from Colorado. I have yet to pick up my prescription here. Experience is to long to list, stay away from this location
