“We worked with 2 gentleman who helped us check out and get some wood cut into pieces for us. The gentleman who cut up our wood (Josh) was extremely helpful and helped us cut our wood into smaller pieces that would fit into our car, and also still be usable for my home project. We would love to work with him again. The other gentleman (whom i didn’t get their name, worked in the doors section, terminal 30) made a snarky comment to my wife about how we “sweet talked josh” into cutting more pieces than what is allowed. I really don’t appreciate the comment and especially being made towards my wife. Even if we went against store policy, a snarky comment towards my wife is unnecessary.”
