After spending two hours trying to get what should have been a very simple tax return the price was exorbitant$340.00 your computer was down for most of the time about 1 1/2 hours and yet you charged me all that money I will not ever come back or recommend you to anyone.

Kim Brown did an excellent job on my taxes. She had customers with an appointment due in 45 minutes but worked me in to get the paperwork started. She was able to complete the process just as her customers arrived. Excellent job.

Betty was awesome to talk to and an even better consultant. My paperwork (I had W-2s from 3 states) didn't want to go through and she hopped on a call with her boss to help so I wouldn't have to reschedule.
