I've 3 times had to have them replace my actuator because they couldn't install one that didn't keep breaking. On the 3rd time, they knocked a plug loose, and my rear windows stopped working. They said I had to wait 2 weeks before they'd look at it again!
I had to take it elsewhere and it cost over $100 labor to go in and fix it!

Shoutout to Melissa and Billy for saving my life today- my check engine light came on an hour before I was supposed to leave on a big trip and they got me in, diagnosed, and fixed the issue in no time at all. My heroes!!

Couldn't be happier with this business! I dropped my car off at 8am, he called me by 9am giving me the diagnostic. My water pump had failed, as I thought it had. I gave the okay for it to be fixed and he was done with my car the same day. Got my car back, perfectly repaired. I've lived in this area 7 years and I've never heard anyone speak a bad word about this business and now I see why! Honest, reliable, done right and done quickly. Me and my Land Rover thank you dearly!!! I'll never take my car anywhere else!!

Was told I required Ball joints and upper control arms by Southport Lube. Browns looked over my front end and did an alignment for $86. They informed me front end looked great and was not in need of ball joints or control arms. Very pleased with Browns. Highly recommend if looking for an honest mechanic shop.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Of the last year I’ve had to take my truck here for 3 different issues not connected to each other and all 3 times they were able to get diagnosed and repaired within 6-36hrs. the intensive item that I thought would be 3 or 4 days but had back next day. This is the only place I’ll take my truck to and have been for a while now. The pricing is unmatched in my experience. For the time and labor rates, you can’t find a better place. I have a Ram 1500 (2011) pushing 193,000 miles and they have fixed all my aged components with ease. Definitely recommend taking your vehicle there next time you need a repair or a simple oil change.
