“I was only in town one day with a watch that my mother gave me that I desperately needed sized before my trip home. I called ahead of time to make sure they could accommodate a quick turnaround. To my surprise they could, and at the end of the day before they closed. I was greeted like family and had the kindest conversation with the staff while I waited. When my watch was done, they thanked me and gave me my watch back. When I asked how much I owed, they informed me that it was on the house. Completely beside myself, I thanked each staff member individually. It’s really refreshing to know that people still care about their customers. Thank you”
