“My son and I went in yesterday to get him a new phone. Jay was who helped us. He was absolutely amazing. I've NEVER been in and out so fast while getting a new phone. He explained everything so well and made sure we were in the best/cheapest plan for each one of us on the account. Not only that but he set up our discount that we have been trying to get for a couple years and no one could get it to work, Jay did and had it in less than 5 minutes. If you got to Verizon ask for Jay. You won't be disappointed. He's knows his stuff. Also, he was training Michael and he was very nice, too. It was his second day and he was catching on quick.”

“Okay so there was a little bit of a wait! BUT Kristen made it all worth while. She helped me with my upgrade and made me feel comfortable even when I was on edge about which phone to choose! Even after I left she called me and helped lower my bill even though I didn’t ask! Her attention to detail and looking up everything I asked to make sure she was giving me the most up to date info made me feel like I made the right choice for me and my family! So, even though you may have to wait a little while, like you do with most good things, I promise it is worth it! Thank you Kristen for being so knowledgeable and sweet throughout the entire process!
