Caring and thorough from the moment you step into their office. Then they continue with follow up and ensure that your fur baby is doing better with genuine care and concern. Highly recommend this practice!

At the front desk Brownie, Miranda, Jessica and Shelly are very efficient as well as kind and welcoming. The lab techs do a great job and are very gentle and caring. Dr. Bauer is great. Everyone at SAH has made me feel my dog is receiving the best care possible.

I have a “difficult” dog that is uneasy at the vet. Dr. Bauer was great with her. She was patient, worked on building trust, and did everything she could to put my dog at ease. The assistant, Grace, was just as wonderful and will make a terrific vet herself someday. Highly recommended.

I was very thankful Dr Rodgers saw my dog the day before his appointment. Dr Rodgers gave him the necessary medication to get him back to his normal self by the next morning.

Bill Rabon is the very reason or big mouth who says no we shouldn't enforce the tethering law that would free and protect others from a lifetime wasting away on a chain. We r 1 of only 2 sorry states that refuse to accept and enforse this law and stop animals from freezing all winter long and hardly noticed many starving neglected won't even shelters. Get out of politics if all u do is bring your animal cruelty ways with you. Check that fun fact. Shame on u I should b helping them not keeping the.neglecting awy wrapped around trees

Our dog was very ill and they made time for us to be seen on a Saturday. Unfortunately, our sweet girl passed away but Dr Jones was very kind and gave us all of the information we needed at the time.

If I could give zero stars I would! WORST bedside manner I have ever experienced. I brought my 12 year old bulldog in for a possible euthanasia due to her pooping pure blood and being in kidney failure. I wanted to have a "quality of care" discussion that I was told on the phone was part of the visit as they don’t just euthanise a dog without a consultation. Agree!!! I told the vet tech all her symptoms and how she has taken a turn for the worse. I just moved to the island and my KIND vet couldn’t get to me. The vet comes in with his winter coat on and needle/vile in his hand and immediately says 'I thought this was a euthanasia, not an appointment. I'm on my way to lunch and have a lot of other sick dogs in front of you!” That is what you say to someone who is in tears trying to make an impossible decision? You have a conversation and talk to a person and comfort them through the process. Or treat the symptoms and express it doesn’t treat the underlying cause. All because you’re on your way to lunch and irritated? I hope your Chic-Fil-A sandwich was worth it. You should retire old man! You've lost your heart and bedside manner.

They got me in the same day, literally within about an hour, when my senior dog had an anxiety reaction to boarding. Dr. Jones diagnosed her quickly without a bunch of costly tests and within days she's on the mend.Thank you!
