Can not say how much was pleased with working With David. We had a problem setting up a second line on a phone. David was not stopping until the problem was solved. Can't get better than him. Highly recommend David and T-Mobile in Southport.

Well there is one individual I want to recognize and her name is Jennifer Thompson she helped me a lot i have been in the store and she has been right there and has helped me solve my problems with the phone and issues i have with it to so i want to reach out an let you know i will send people i no to come to Jennifer Thompson and send them to T-Mobile to for service once I am able to up grade i am coming to see her .I love the service and the team down in south port and other T-Mobile stores

We went here and I must say the customer service was above and beyond. We went cause my bf lost his sim card. Christoph was very friendly and helpful and walked us through the process. He answered any questions we had as well as told and showed us the phones we are eligible for with a free upgrade which we plan to do in the future. A great deal and pleasant experience. We will be back soon to upgrade and was a pleasant experience. Would reccomend.

Super disappointed service was terrible, 2x I've visited Both time got NOthg but an ATTITUDE if ur staff doesn't like there job, or don't have enough time on there day to help or explain anything. I could go on & on they Need to continue treating their customers like they Care. DON'T be like Verizon. Enough Said ?

The Southport NC store was a positive experience. Staff was friendly, happy and very helpful.Erin was very knowledgeable, courteous, and advised about all the many offers available. This was the best new phone account transfer experience I've experienced in 20 years. If the T-Mobile network is as good as Erin is at representing it, I'll be very pleased with this choice as a provider.
