Reserved a trailer online for pickup here. Showed up and the representative told me he gave it to the guy who came before me. He acted flustered with me at the issue and I I ended up having to drive two hours (round trip) out of my way to rent something comparable. I still had to pay full price. They did not attempt to do anything to compensate me for the wasted time or gas.Note that there was a large, rambunctious dog in the office here. It didn't bother me, but one of the other customers was made quite nervous by it.
